The sofa turns into a comfortable double bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.); the corner kitchen, facing the living room, is fully equipped to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Enjoy the morning on the terrace and taste an excellent coffee. We always offer our guests some coffee pods! The surrounding landscape is breath-taking the romantic view of the city, the lake and its gentle mountains. The bathroom has a modern shower where you can relax at the end of the day. The city centre is just 5 minutes walk away from Minerva Vista Lago: you can reach it by walking along the enchanting lakefront!

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The Minerva Apartment does not have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building.

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 
An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

What's nearby:
Lakefront and Lac are 5 walking minutes distant, while the city centre and the station of Lugano are 7 walking minutes from the apartment; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building there is a grocery store.

How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Minerva Apartment does not have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building.
If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.2 or 4 direction "Lugano, Centro" (about 5 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano, Tassino" stop. Walk for about 1 minute to get to the building.
