Friendly, clean, and great location for trains.

I had a nice stay. The staff were very friendly and set me up with a free local transport card. The breakfast is very good and fair priced. Location is excellent if you want access to the main station. No complaints at this price point.

We enjoyed our stay there! Very convenient location, friendly staff, transportation, everything was excellent! A big plus was they let us to storage the luggage until our train departures! Definitely is a great place to stay and I’ll be back soon!

No hand soap and the emptiest pillows I’ve ever rest my head on but at least you get free public transport for the duration of your stay

A lovely big room. Clean and comfortable and friendly staff. It has a great location - very short walk to the train station. I would stay here again.

A very basic room which did the job for one night. Quite aged and could do with a refresh. They also asked for a deposit for an adapter which I thought was not very good. The location is close to the main station and walkable into town (down a steep hill).

It was a 3 minute walk from the train station, but was a very quiet and nice location. The free funicular from the train station dropped us right into the center of town in 3 minutes where shopping, dining and the lake were very accessible.

We love this hotel. The staff are very friendly. The hotel has old finishes but very well maintained, and CLEAN! It is just next to the train station and the downtown shopping area is jut steps away. They also provided us transportation tickets for free so we could just jump onto bus or train anywhere. Love the hotel and Lugano!

Quaint old fashioned room. Nice balcony. Courteous check-in. Only issue was current construction around train station - do not trust Google walking route as it takes much longer to detour. Go behind train station and up to hotel the back way. The route TO the train station is the route to use TO hotel as well.

It was literally less than 5 mins away from the train station . The bus around Lugano and the funicular to the old town was free . The property was a perfect location . It’s clean and well kept . But small rooms and beds . Which is not a big issue for us . The service is superb . The receptionist came and picked us up at the train station personally .

Very close to the Train station. I picked this place so that I can walk to the train station with all my luggages early in the morning. You cannot get any closer than this ! Facilities are good, clean room. The only inconvenience was the bathroom had an old fashioned ( but very good condition) bath tub- so you need to take a shower with extra care to make sure that you do not to spread water all over.

Very basic hotel. Paid for a double room and was given a basic room. Couldn’t move in it for two people. Complained to front desk and they moved us to the double that we paid for. Make sure you request a balcony if you book or you will not be given one. Very tiny balcony but nice view overlooking the city. Free tickets for the funicular to the main part of town. Was only provided with a single sheet which only covered half the bed. Disappointing and uncomfortable bed and room.
