Soak up the stunning views 10 minutes from Wanaka at this boutique and tranquil getaway. Riverland is designed and built by the owner and offers beautiful ambience with everything you need to relax and truly enjoy your holiday.

Spacious and sunny with breathtaking views, two private bedrooms, a full kitchen, large deck and luxurious outdoor shower and double bath. An easy walk to the Clutha river for swimming or exploring the river trail.

The space
Riverland is on top of a small hill on a large private section. When you arrive the decor and views wash your worries away. This space says relax and enjoy!

There is a large deck and BBQ for outdoor living, and you are welcome to sample produce from the kitchen vegetable garden.

Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house to ensure privacy. Both rooms have stunning views.

The outdoor bath and shower add that extra special luxury to your stay.

There is off road parking, however it is not suited to campervans.

Relaxing stay
Great little place with walking distance to some good swimming holes. Very clean and comfy, was a bit windy so didn't get to use the outdoor space as much as we would have liked. Every thing you need, but would suggest a few more platter dishes. Great spot to escape to.

Great spot
We loved this place. Warm rustic finishes in this modern home. When we cooked, we had access to a thriving vegetable garden. It's safe, and the view is great. The host was great too.
