"The hotel is a little dated but it’s clean, conveniently located near the cruise port and the staff are great. They were able to arrange taxis for our group of 8 to the cruise port and allowed us to store our luggage on-site while we waited for our noon checkin for our cruise. The lady who works in the dining room for breakfast was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure the teenagers travelling with us got something they liked and that that my 70 year old mother could find the coffee...

"The hotel is in close proximity to the train station. Our room was small but comfortable, It's relatively new and clean, the bathroom has a nice shower and a bidet.. "We called the hotel to let them know when we were coming. We showed up almost 3 hours early and they had our room ready! They were so nice and accommodating. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The room was older, but with some newer things (cute bedding and decor and nice, bright bathroom with a large rainfall showerhead). Overall, the room was charming and my husband and I enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we ever came to Ravenna."

"Overall a very nice hotel deserving of a 4 star rating. Beautiful views, large rooms, ample breakfast offerings, large spa with a lot of saunas, pools, etc. Gym could use some more equipment but it’s not bad. Parking near your room can be a challenge but it’s no more than a few hundred meters at most. I would recommend this property."
