"I cannot fault anything. Enjoyed my stay. We were in the spacious family room with a double bed, separate lounge area, kitchenette and a nice spacious bathroom. Host was very lovely and explained everything well. Location is great as it’s about 5 minutes walk from Santa novella Firenze station and also in good walking distances to restaurants and shops. Duomo is about 20 minutes walk away, uffizi gallery 15 minutes by bus and lots of other tourist places in close distance by walking or bus....

"The staff was phenomenal and extremely accommodating. If they could do it then they would. We’re booked the hotel last second and had no issues whatsoever even with a late check in. They held our bags for us after we checked out so we could be bag free until our flight So close to everything and a very convenient spot!"

"Very large room located near a lot of the tourist attractions. Driving there and parking an absolute nightmare. The signage for the hotel is extremely small and finding the elevator from the street is useless as it requires a code to get in. No hot water one morning and no staff on site to rectify that. "
