"Donatella and her daughter wore the nicest people on the planet:))) They wore always here to help with anything that we had need off. Donatella made reservations for us for the far best Restorante in Town.One time we wore trying to get seated in one off the best Restorante in Bellagio, but with out the reservation we wore not able. I texted Donatella and she got us a table. Looks like everyone knows her, this is just awesome. If we ever come back, we’ll be staying ONLY in this place....

"The old town area doesn't disappoint: beautiful historical buildings, narrow cobblestone roads with boutiques and local restaurants to explore. Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. I loved the shower power! Do use the Ticino transit card for discounts - we forgot. Next time!"

"The hotel was very clean, and it was great that we had room service every day. Breakfast options were good. It would be good if they consider renovations of rooms as there is no electrical outlet or usb chargers and perhaps new fridges in the rooms. Ma purtroppo la pulizia della stanza era pessima, pieno di ragnatele e polvere. In bagno c’era l asciugacapelli, ma peccato che non ci fosse una presa che andasse bene. Ho dovuto staccare la presa del frigorifero in camera per poterlo utilizzare. Inoltre l’acqua della doccia era tiepida."
