"Hotel has a peaceful and beautiful lakeside property with direct access to Maggiore. It is generally very quiet and serene, but sometimes the loud motorcycles and cars can be heard well during the night. Other than that everything was good. I also highly recommend having your own car in the region for movement around the lake and surrounding regions. "

"Some areas of the property pretty run down. Facilities in common areas not properly cleaned with rubbish overflowing from bins and not always stocked with toilet paper. Bar staff - non existent and untrained. Delivered a bottle of wine but forgot to uncork so had to do it ourselves "
