"The hotel is horrible at replying to messages. I send them 5 messages and never got a response. Expedia tried helping me and never got a solid answer to reschedule my stay. I called and they promised to change it and never did and then charged me for the full amount."

"Pros: we stay there for two days. It was safe. There wasn’t a lot of people the first night we were actually the only guest staff was extremely helpful and polite. this time it was just me and my husband however I do plan to come back with my children. I really like the pool space and that they had their own restrooms. cons: if you are picky, this may not be the location for you. Some of the amenities were outdated, and the restroom was definitely in need of an upgrade however we were OK with the restroom being outdated. if I was picky, I would definitely give it a 3 out of 10, but since I am not, I will definitely give it about a 6 out of 10."

The route had us worried a bit bcuz it over a hill you couldn’t see from the freeway but it was a different world upon arrival. We ordered tostadas de ceviche & it was 🔥. Rooms are clean, very private & secluded. Staff is always ready to cater to you."
