Throughout our stay she regularly checked in to see if everything was fine and gave recommendations on places to visit. Her entire family were friendly and welcoming and her mother even gave us gifts of food on occasion incuding on arrival which was very much appreciated. We found our stay there very relaxing and really enjoyed the amazing view...

"Vi bodde på dette hotellet i Himara sommeren 2024 og hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold. Hotellet ligger fint til med fin utsikt over deler av byen, og ikke minst mot sjøen. Rommet var kurant og fungerte godt for oss. Det vi satte aller mest pris på var balkongen, hvor vi gjerne spiste frokost mens vi nøt morgensolen og utsikten. En annen favoritt var uteplassen ved resepsjonen og baren, som også hadde en nydelig utsikt mot sjøen – perfekt for morgenkaffen. Det som virkelig gjorde oppholdet...

"We were excited to have a room with a hot tub. Unfortunately, our air conditioner wasn’t working properly, the bed initially had platform slats missing, and the hot water went out each morning when we were trying to start our day. The staff was very friendly and did their best to resolve things quickly, however we only had the room in good function for about 15% of our stay. The room itself is very nice and the location is great. The WiFi was spotty and the pool closes very early unfortunately."

"Breakfast was pretty bad, the jacuzzi is literally in the parking lot, the restaurant menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and pool snacks is pretty bad and looks cheap compared to the price of the room per night. The A/C in the room doesn’t really work, it only cools the bathroom area but doesn’t really cool the actual bed and room. Compared to the pictures and price of the hotel, it was very disappointing and not up to the actual standards and pictures that are seen in Expedia."

"I can’t express how lovely and helpful the staff were. Whilst incredibly busy, they took time to regularly check everything was ok and ensure we had a relaxed and comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was good, room comfortable and clean. Bed comfortable. Head supervisor was excellent. A lovely guy who really looked after us and made sure we felt welcomed. We only ate once at the hotel but it was a fantastic meal of freshly cooked fish. Well prepared and served. The location is fantastic right against the beach and the high service standards we experienced were extended to the beach bar area and loungers. Ideal base for couples, families and singles; whether you are off exploring everyday as we were or just lounging on the beach!"

"Spa was not included and was €15 per hour per person. Staff proceeded to gaslight me into saying that the information was on the website which it was clearly not as I spent hours scouring it with still no luck. There was a 3* hotel next door which looked a million times nicer. The hotel is so run down and you get no extra amenities for the 5* label. No robes no extra in the rooms just basic body wash and shampoo and Slippers were made out of tissue paper. Sunbeds were dirty and pool towel man sometimes ran out of cards to return back to people. One couple at reception when checking out were charged €30 euros as the pool towel man took their towels but ran out of cards for them to return when they checked out. Staff are not welcoming or polite. Breakfast was mediocre at best, not 5* quality and hotel pool was cold and not comfortable to swim in. The rooftop pool was also closed which we knew about before booking but found out we couldn’t even go up there just to see the view. The ONLY thing I don’t have to complain about is that the bed was comfy. But seriously don’t waste your money go to the much nicer 3* hotel next door"
