"Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. The room was big, airy beautiful with the view of front entrance. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes & slippers. The towels were big fluffy. Their breakfast spread that in addition of regular items included a variety of smoked fish, smoothies, honeycomb (that I really enjoyed), breads etc. In addition there was a whole setup for children to enjoy various breakfast goodies. The facility is located on the lake, not easily accessible by foot."

"We enjoyed our stay at the best western in Olsztyn! We were there for four nights and the hotel is in a convenient spot close to the old town and different restaurants. The air conditioning in our room did not always work well, but luckily the temperature was cool while we were there and we could just open the windows. The rooms are pretty small, but the beds are comfortable and it was clean, we did not spend that much time in the hotel room anyways. The breakfast was tasty and overall we enjoyed our stay!"
