The owner communicated very well and was very responsive and helpful. A big negative was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the house. The smell was everywhere and in everything. All bed linen stinks, so do towels, curtains and other fabrics. The owner suggested to open the door and windows to get rid of the smell but that did not help at all....
