"I arrived at the hotel only to be surprised that they didn't have my reservation. That I had to pay afresh then pursue my full refund from hotel.com. kindly consider reimbursing me the full amount as I was to pay out of pocket when I arrived. Thanks."

No bar at 8-9 in the evening, apparently not since last year!! Hotel with restaurant without a bar!!!!! Bed poor. Shower and bathroom dated from 50's and then not good. Bedroom door did not close without locking. Could go on but extremely disappointed and financially it seemed like a fraud."
