"Pros: The garden and the mountain view and the well equiped kitchen Cons: The complicated communication via WhatsApp with the local host. The local host only spoke french. We speak a bit french, but the communication was not easy. There were only a small amount of toilet paper and no dishwasher tabs inside and we had to buy them on our own. We also think, that 30€ for only one small and two big towels and the bed linen is to much, especially if you use them for 10 days."

"The flat is located at the back of a hotel, behind the fire escape. Check-in was straight-forward and it was clean. However the kitchen was very poorly equipped - very little crockery, for example only one small bowl and only a couple of tumblers. There was no grater, no colander, no bread-knife, no kettle, no jug. There gripper/handle for a set of pans was missing, meaning they couldn't be used safely. "The photos don't do it justice! We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment - fabulous view out of living room window, good size terrace, large living space. All was clean and comfortable. The apartment is well equipped for cooking, washing machine, hair dryer etc. beautiful old restored traditional building opposite the castle. A boulangerie and Spar 2 mins walk. 2 mins to swim off the rocks, 3 mins to the pretty village beach, 5 mins to the main one. No complaints! We'd love to come back....

The room was nice and well equipped.My partner enjoyed the hot tub.Only disappointment was they couldnt provide their own guests a meal with a meal as the had taken two group bookings from outside the hotel which ment we had to walk out on a windy wet night."

Incredibly peaceful with only the occasional sound of church bells to break the silence.Amenities in the property were really excellent.Danielle was a superb host, very friendly and helpful and super responsive whenever I had any questions. "We were traveling with our six year old on her birthday and came across this property. We were looking in downtown Calvi but were attracted to this property given the proximity to the beach, the pool and water slide and the 2bd/ 2ba accommodations. Overall we had an amazing stay! The beach is incredible. It was also cool to be the only Americans on the property. This was a little hard on our daughter as she couldn’t really make friends but overall she didn’t mind when she went on the water slide about 100 times. Things to note. You have to bring everything down to your hand soap to pool towels. The nice thing is that the store on the property is very reasonably priced and has everything you would need. We would return! "
