"Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen. Man muss aber sagen, dass das Häuschen im Vergleich zu den Bildern im Inserat gealtert ist. Manche Fliegengitter bleiben nicht zu, die Feststellung für das Fenster im Kinderzimmer funktioniert nicht, Wasserflecken an einigen Wänden, die Terrasse hat eine gebrochene Diele, notdürftig geflickt ist.Dennoch, mit ein bisschen Liebe und Arbeit ist das denke ich sehr schnell wieder ein schönes Ferienhäuschen. "Wij hebben een zeer leuke tijd gehad op de glamping. We werden vriendelijk onthaald en kregen voldoende uitleg zodat we direct konden starten aan onze vakantie. Het is zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen met kindjes. We konden elke dag gebruik maken van de wellness ( hottube, sauna en zwembad ) wat een grote meerwaarde was aan onze vakantie. We komen graag terug om weer te genieten van de rust en het plezier van onze kinderen."

"Convenient location. Nice comfortable room. Staff very helpful. Only thing, there is a smell of fried fish in the reception/lobby so it gives you a bad impression on arrival"

"We absolutely loved this hotel! The location is perfect- walkable from the station, across from the canal and incredibly close to cafes, restaurants, shopping, boat tours & a laundromat. The staff were amazing- super helpful, fluent, and happy. We had purchased the breakfast buffet upon reserving our room, and it was delicious. We were travelling with our son, who was going to attend university there, and our room was spacious with a King and a twin pullout. I highly recommend this property- our stay was fantastic!"

"Location was fantastic! Room was clean, comfortable and the size was fine. The check-in staff were nice. Breakfast was okay, didn't realise upon booking that it's not a buffet but the same set menu every day. The breakfast attendants weren't really present either (so I couldn't ask them to fill up the empty tea selection on both days). I would stay here again but wouldn't bother with the breakfast inclusion."

"I have stayed at The Bilderberg several times in the past and my feeling is that standards have slipped somewhat. I abhor having to check in at a screen instead of being greeted by a friendly receptionist as i have been in the past. Having said that Reception organised a taxi for me into Arnhem. Parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast was good on both mornings of my stay. I had an unfortunate experience on the one night i had dinner. Firstly my perception is that the menu in Julias Kitchen is more restricted than previously which is a disappointment When i fed back that i was unhappy about part of my dinner the response i received was not what i would have expected, ie. i mentioned it to two waitresses but the message seemed not to have been passed on as when i settled my bill with what seemed to be the head waitress she was unaware of my feedback. Minor point but I was disappointed that there was no fridge in the room: it seems to be a standard offering im many hotels of a similar star rating."

"Very comfortable stay and loved that we got the option for a green stay to support the environment. Room was clean and well laid out. Our coffee machine didn’t work and after alerting reception staff twice- this was not looked at. Staff were really friendly and overall a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again"
