"Es war ein super schöner Weihnachtsurlaub mit der Familie. Alle waren super freundlich und wir konnten zum Glück auch bereits eher einchecken. Bei Fragen und Problemen waren alle direkt vor Ort und hilfsbereit. Alles war entspannt und gut zu erreichen :) "

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Wir waren mit der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Der Ablauf mit checkin und checkout war sehr angenehm und transparent. Sehr professionell. Lieferservice für Brötchen zum Frühstück wäre schön gewesen Eine zweite Garderobenleiste im Flur wäre schön gewesen"

"Schöne großzügige Zimmer. a) statt Nespresso eine normale Kaffeemaschine (Mülleinsparung, vor allem Alu) b) mitwirken, dass auch in AT mal mehr Strecken für das MTB freigegeben werden. Die "offiziellen" vor Ort sind ja ein Witz."

"Die große Wohnung, schlau eingeteilt, hat uns gefallen. Bitte unter der Couch saugen und die ganze Wohnung nass wischen. Die Teller und Schüsseln waren schmutzig (was halt am Vorbenützer liegt!!). Bitte mehr Haken in den Zimmern."

"Die Sauna im Badezimmer war super. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Lage ist auch top. 15 min mit dem Auto zum Skigebiet. Es wäre super wenn man die Spinnnetze entfernt."

"Hat an nichts gefehlt, Gastronomie war sehr gut. Am 1.Eindruck des Aussenbereich sollte gearbeitet werden. Schild für Gastro am Kreisverk zb. Preis Leistung sehr gut, Zimmer sauber, Matratze 1A. Parken gerade für Biker im Innenhof."
