"We absolutely enjoyed our time here at Villa Las Sirenas. Tonya, Joni, Narcisco, Gustavo and Gabino are all so amazing and welcoming. We throughly enjoyed all of our excursions and Gus made this all a breeze! (Paradise Island, Monkey Jungle, Dune Buggies through the jungle, Zipline, Fishing -Caught a Tuna- call High Zs and ask for Nelson! They leave right out of Ocean World, 27 Waterfalls! All of it was wonderful. Tonya's cooking was delicious 😋 😍 😌"

"The house was just beautiful and it was big. It allowed my family to spread out and have their own space. It was clean and decorated very nicely. We all felt very comfortable there. We also enjoyed the golf carts. The owner Perry was great as well. He was very responsive and was sure to answer all our questions. We will definitely be back!"

"Arrived and other guest were already staying at property, owner rented house to 3 different families. We had to leave without a place to stay on a Mother's Day weekend in Dominican Republic. We were there to take our mother out to relax that weekend and ended up being charged and stay prepaid and already confirmed was not granted. Neither owner, Expedia or VRBO responded to messages or phone calls."

"Beautiful, clean, safe, amazing service. We stayed a week and had from 5-12 family with us each night. It was so spacious, even with 12 it never seemed crowded. The staff was wonderful. Just a walk to the beach and nightlife. Easy to get tours and excursions for the entire crew."

"Could not find the address from VRBO listing. Host did not reply to messages asking for direction. Silence! Booking was not canceled. Now VRBO is saying they cannot refund the money, and I need to contact the host directly. Shame on VRBO."

"This was my third visit to Puerto Plata staying in Mr Schneider’s villas. We were there to celebrate a friends 50th birthday and had rented both villas. Mr Schneider made sure everything was as perfect as possible. The Villa feels like home away from home. Pictures does not do justice. The resort has lots to offer. We all had an awesome time"
