"Pool and hot tub, pleasant and helpful staff. Room was great, very clean walk in shower king size bed so very comfy. Slept very well, which is most important to me. Have been to west branch super 8 many times in the past few months...my favorite hotel in the area. Breakfast was the only thing i can complain about. Nothing to eat for a diabetic. Except for coffee and tea. Bagels with cream cheese would be a nice add. Hint hint lol. Or peanut butter on wheat toast. "

"The owner is difficult to speak to. He confirmed the place had a second refrigerator, this was important since my large family was coming and we planned meals expecting two refrigerators. There was not a second fridge. We had to go out to buy coolers and frequently get ice. He also confirmed multiple times that we were all set to have the hot tub cleaned and in use. The hot tub not only was never cleaned or filled it was actually broken and never able to be used! Online claims to have a smart TV in all bedrooms. Not only did they not have all smart TVs but many rooms did not have a TV at all. Once there the owner ghosted us and would not respond about refrigerator or the hot tub. I think that if he would have just been honest and we knew what we were getting before arrival we could have still enjoyed the place but the false information and then being non-responsive to us once there put a very sour feeling on the weekend. My family is pretty easy going so we made the best of it but I am very glad I was not booking this place for an imporant event. "
