"Very nice apartment close to the lake of Como. The apartment is clean, very spaceous and all you need from cleaning tabs and coffee machine to extra pillows and diverse equipment etc were included. We received a bottle of wine as welcome gift as well. Nice gesture from the landlord who is really nice and always helpful. There were also a few toys fir the kids in the apartment and a ball to play outside the door in a lovely small garden. "

"Loved it. Perfect location and excellent staff."

"We arrived late (10.45PM due to long passport control queues at Milan Milpensa) and despite that, reception staff were really welcoming. We got to the room, and there was a half bottle of red wine, plus a bottle of pop and sweets for my daughter. The room was really spacious, it had a king size bed (really comfortable) two tables with chairs, plus a sofa, table and tub chair. There was a kettle, plus lots of tea and coffee varieties. There were wardrobes, plus plenty of space and drawers to place things. The bathroom was huge too, with a vanity kit provided. Reception can also provide other items upon request. There are shops, a good mini supermarket near by, and a great restaurant. You can also get just Eats delivered. Reception staff let us leave our suitcases with them after checkout on the last day, so that we could spend more time in Milan. Reception staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again"

"Lovely hotel and welcoming staff. While the location is good, my room was street facing and the noise from neighbouring night clubs after closing when people are emptying onto the streets is excessive despite soundproofing attempts. It was difficult to have an uninterrupted sleep. This is a shame as it isn’t the hotel’s fault but worth bearing in mind for travellers."

"Milano Verticale — An Outstanding Hotel Experience! We absolutely loved our stay at Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze! Everything felt modern, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean, with outstanding service throughout. Breakfast was one of the best of our entire trip to Italy! The variety and quality were exceptional, with freshly prepared eggs and orange juice squeezed right in front of you. Truly top-notch! I also used their laundry service and was extremely impressed. I dropped off my clothes in the morning, and by 5 PM everything was back, perfectly clean. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and spotless, with spectacular panoramic views. Some of us had balconies and others didn’t, but the large windows made the experience equally enjoyable. The location was excellent, about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo through a wonderful shopping area. One small drawback is the nearby rail line. Although the hotel is very quiet at night, you can hear trains starting around 6 AM, something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a fantastic experience! Exceptional breakfast, wonderful service, beautiful rooms, and a great location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

Several restaurants close to the hotel. 4 stars due to asking front desk for something 3 different times and being told it would be sent to the room and it never arrived."
