"Die Fotos sehr gut in Szene gesetzt. Ausblicke auf einen See haben wir nicht gehabt...! Man hat auch nicht das große Grundstück für sich alleine. Grundstück sehr versteckt, angrenzend an einer Fabrik. Ganz enge Einfahrt. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Kleinbus dort lang zu kommen. Man muss alles mit dem Auto erledigen, fußläufig überhaupt nicht möglich! Sehr schlechtes WLAN(unsere Kinder finden das schrecklich) Keine Waschmaschine und sämtliche anderen Sachen die vermerkt waren, haben wir bis...

"July 2016 We are home after a week in villa Betulla. The villa is very beautifully located in lovely surroundings and with a fantastic view over the mountains. It was easy to find with the help from the office, but some of us came on our own later and had great difficulties to find it. The GPS could not locate the house with the address indicated. Argegno was charming and has a very good pizzeria/restaurant in the small square. The service from your office has been perfect in all...

"The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa"

"Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay at the villa. The property and grounds were pristine. We had the chef prepare our dinners and would highly recommend, he did an excellent job! We also had an unforgettable 6 hour private boat tour of the lake, it's a must do if you stay at the villa! The host Francesco went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing one, and we look forward to staying here on our next trip to Lake Como. Five stars and two thumbs up for this property and host!"

"Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“)."

"Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. "
