And the cabin needs new pots and pans. But those are minor issues in comparison to what a wonderful time we had. We will definitely be returning to Fish Trap Village! "

The current administration should invest funds in the National Parks, rather than divesting from them, and rather than spending untold, mismanaged, hundreds of millions on ballrooms and personal jets. This historied encampment deserves to be kept up in a more intentional way for our children and grandchildren. Can you imagine what Skyland would look like if just a handful of millions going toward a gilded jet were spent on the deep cleaning and deferred maintenance it requires? "
