"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. "Pleasant stay near to the facilities of Armagh city. Easy to walk to the city facilities. Travelled for a car show at the Palace; didn't use the hot tub but looked nice. Everything was clean and comfortable, property was quiet. Two parking spaces, one out the back. Next door neighbour was a lovely guy. Small issue with electric meter beeping was sorted out with Patrick quickly. Enjoyed it."

Only one bathroom for 9 people in 5 bedrooms. Located 30 minutes driving time to Belfast. Parking on street or at church. Very cute cafe shop located across the streets with delicious fresh homemade donuts. Room were clean."
