Worst hotel ever! I stayed for 15 nights! And had nothing but problems! The moment I arrived and checked in they demanded more money and told me they wouldn’t honor the price I found on this website! Apparently it was my fault that they forgot to take the promotion down! What a scam and completely unprofessional! Then they had only one key to the room and I had to leave my key with them and I’d come back and I wouldn’t have a towel, bath mat, or toilet paper in the room! Then one day I left the key and they didn’t even clean! There were shoes in the room “for guest use” which is disgusting and nasty! I only had hot water twice. They left giant windows open TOO MY ROOM! Where anyone could just go in, and when I asked them to keep it closed they had an excuse! Then when I checked out and complained they sent a child who was like 13 to come and handle things because “he’s in charge”. The owner of the building is a coward of a man who can’t even handle complaints himself but sends his young son! The WiFi is a joke! It doesn’t even work! I didn’t have WiFi 90% of the time and that was my only lifeline back home! 5 networks and none work! What a joke! Any time we complained they were very unserious about our complaints! Stay as far away from this place as you can! The power would go out all the time! People outside my room would yell at 6:30 in the morning! And the rooms had blue lights that hurt my eyes! I had to remind them about everything they couldn’t even do basic things.
