"The hotel is very new and clean, and it was a pleasure to be there. During the day, it was a bit noisy due to construction nearby, but quiet at night. I appreciated the iron and ironing board in the hallway. The receptionist was not always there, which can be annoying if you have a late check-in. There was no AC and no breakfast options yet, but I believe the hotel is still under development. Overall, I'd recommend staying there again!"
