"The staff is wonderful and incredibly accommodating. The owner really went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The rooms are clean. The only drawback is that the building, furniture, and decor are dated. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, but are sleepable. In general, this hotel is a great option. It's close to the train and metro stations. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants nearby, and the Lusik Aguletsi Museum is a short walk away."

"Room cleanness was a big issue. The first day, we found insects in the bed, behind the pillows. Three and big ones. We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also. It s black and blue so dirt can not be seen, but the moment you seat on it, your full body will be itching. Even in the bed that was the same thing, so we had to remove the full bedsheets and ask to change it. Otherwise, rooms were very spacious and calm/quiet. "

"It was a great stay! Great nightly rates; the rooms were quiet and clean with screens on some of the windows, with a personal desk available for work purposes. There was a small kitchen where one could prepare their own meals during the day or night. The owner, this Russian woman, was very nice and nothing less that helpful and warm. Despite being tucked away in a neighborhood that looks a bit sketchy, it was very close to a main bus station and not too far of a walk from the city center. I would totally go back to that guesthouse when I return to Armenia."

"Strange reception, they asked my guest for passport instead of calling me on non-working phone (I told them trice) but they didn’t ask food delivery and let the guy come up (no room service or a coffeeshop)"

"The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I honestly considered them friends when I left. One even did a portrait of my cat! The Breakfast! This was carefully curated and better than most 5 star hotels could do. If we ever had to stay somewhere else because they were booked we would still go there for the breakfast. It had that home cooked vibe for sure. The location is good, I could still walk into the center but what makes it a perfect place is the wonderful people there, it really should be called The Home Hotel."
