"Beautiful, big, modern room looking out over the river. Very quiet and convenient. The bath was big enough i could lay down all the way, I am 5'8". We were misinformed regarding the breakfast, if you want it a 12£ book the night before, or you're stuck paying 17£. I spoke with manager about it, she was very nice and understanding but did not reimburse us the 10£, which i found a bit cheeky. If we were back home in Montreal, they would of reimbursed us! "The property is excellent and is well looked after clean , well maintained both inside and out Staff were all very friendly. I did feel the onsite restaurants were catering more towards the wealthy set or golfers, but the italian restaurant by the marina was a happy medium. Bar staff in Scots bar were young and lacked supervision, but nonetheless did a good job. Overall I'd recommend staying here for a relaxing break."
