"Beautiful home with spectacular views. The home is equipped with anything you need to prepare meals and enjoy your stay. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our week here. Centrally located to fantastic hiking and something to do for everybody. A week was not enough to discover it all."

"You must meet your host for the key, however he does not speak much English so that was a challenge. Be sure to email and call a few days in advance of your arrival to ensure that you can get a hold of someone if you need to communicate in English. Having a washer was great, but clothes must air dry in the lower level. Plan to wash in the evening and hang dry overnight and you'll have guaranteed dried clothes. "The cottage is clean comfortable and calming, located in a pleasant resort community without the noise, traffic and tourist. A reminder of years past when vacations were simpler and happier. Lake acces was a plus."

"Clean,Bright,Well equipped, we love the dining nook. I only have one request a washing machine. We have stayed here many times for multiple weeks and a washing machine would be most appreciated.There is room for one in the down stairs room. Internet would be nice also. K. & C."

"Lovely old style chalet. the lady we met was very nice and accommodating. The chalet is just 2 mins walk from the lake and is around 9mins walk to brienz west train station which is our main point to go to interlaken and other areas."

"Our stay at this house was like a dream! The idyllic setting was perfect - in the valley amongst the mountains, cow bells ringing quietly in the evening, stunning views. The house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Definitely needed a car. We would absolutely stay there again in the future!"

"Good hotel, good location, and clean. The staff was super friendly upon check-in and helped answer any questions we had. The location is convenient, not too far from the train. There are restaurants associated with the hotel and attached but the food wasn't super great and it was pricey. "
