Great for an overnight stay at Luton before a flight. Very fast check-in to a clean and warm room. A new bathroom, plenty of sockets and tea/coffee area. Great free private parking out back secured by gates. All in all a perfect stay thank you very much, i look forward to staying again on my next visit to Luton.

The room was clean, the hotel dated and shabby. The parking was secure although some idiot seemed to have abandoned their car making getting out the space difficult.

Staff were friendly and professional, rooms were clean quiet and serviced fully daily (not necessarily needed?), decor well worn ie multiple repairs evident on furniture, yet still sloping bedside ledge. Reasonable price. Well used hotel. Accessible by bus to station and into London tho busses from Luton station can be infrequent - get a taxi!

This is a great option if you are staying in the area for a flight and want to do so on a budget. It was clean and the staff were nice. The facilities were in line with the price I had paid. I would stay again if i have an early flight in the future.

Hotel bathroom was a little dated but they provided shampoo, shower gel etc. Safe parking and locked gates overnight. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Only required the room for 1 night but would not like to stay much longer if having to eat out etc as didnt really like the surrounding area.

Excellent budget stay

Ideal for stopping on way to / back from Luton airport. Checked out at 03:00 on way out and checked in at 03:00 on way back without issue. Friendly and helpful staff. Would use again.

I paid 55 pounds. Excellent value for money. A very spacious room. The hotel shows its age, but it's clean and well looked after. I hghly recommend if you have a flight the next day and need somewhere comfortable to crash.

The girls from reception was very nice and helpful. We struggled a little with the parking when arrived, due to a party on the restaurant, but later the parking had some free spaces. Rated very good comparing price and condition. Is not a 5* hotel so we didn't expect gold on the floor, but for the night we stayed over, was exactly what we needed. 15 min drive to airport, perfect to pick up my mom and get back for sleep and had a good rest with my little ones, before we drove in the morning further. You have all the fast-food and mini shop in the area. Very useful. Thank you!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! There was no hot water at all to wash your hands or even have a shower. The whole place is dirty and falling apart. When I requested a refund they accepted at reception but since are providing no assistance. Phone numbers don’t work. Email addresses send generic responses which gets nowhere
