4.30 am for Saturday and Sunday morning staff or workers were sorting bedding and the like, crashing banging of metal for at least an hour, early sat morning a gang decided to stab a 16 yr old boy so police and sirens shouting up until the bedding vans arrived, found the staff to be rude NO thank you or how can we help , room worn everywhere and needed updating … hot water didn’t reach the 5 floor told staff and said just let in run it will get hot !! It didn’t !! Toilet wouldn’t flush and bath filled up when having a shower ! Oh and the youngsters of Luton all need a form right hand and to pull there bottoms up and take those hoods down !! Apart from that it was lovely 😂

It was very very loud in the room. I managed to close a window but I was expecting slightly more from it. Walking from train station it had a difficult access through the parking lot which dragging a suitcase was difficult. The actual room was ok - but it was a very uncomfortable sleep. Otherwise it is close to the train station which was an excellent location. Staff were nice.

The room was fine. You get what you pay for. But be prepared if you are staying here the people on reception will recommend you to park in the public car park just below the hotel as it is half the price. When I left to go to the airport at 4 o’clock in the morning, I was harassed on two separate occasions by men. At that time being a woman alone obviously you feel very unsafe. This isn’t the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware of if you’re parking in the public car park, which is a three minute walk from the hotel.
