The double room with en-Suite was a wonderful room. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Only downside was the TV and WiFi did not work. On street parking is minimal, luck of the draw if you get a space.
Fully recommend this B&B
I had a lovely stay at Jasmine House B&B. The place was clean and well-kept, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure everything was just right. Breakfast was excellent — fresh, tasty, and filling. The location is also a big plus: just a short walk to the town centre, which made exploring really easy. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay!
The only fault was that the clik-clack plug in the wash basin did not work so shaving was difficult. Everything else was fine and our host was extremely helpful providing a super breakfast at short notice
Short visit to family to needed 2 rooms for one night
Rooms were very clean and spacious and could not fault - felt like London boutique quality
Would stay again and the breakfast out of this world
Property looks run down from the outside but the room itself was lovely, really spacious and the bed was comfy.
Could possibly do with newer windows as the road was a little noisy although ear plugs were provided. Would definitely stay again
Fantastic stay, gracious host and gorgeous room in the centre of Lutterworth with good amenities nearby, wish we could've stayed for longer

Overnight Business Stay
No onsite parking, which was slightly annoying although could park on a quiet street close by. Otherwise a comfortable room and excellent value for money.
I have been stopping at the venue for a number of visits to Lutterworth. Rooms are always very clean, warm and comfortable. Monica has always been very helpful and welcoming.
We stayed for one night. Host was lovely, very friendly. Lovely big double room and comfortable bed.
Just a bit noisy from traffic in front bedroom and a draught from window.
We were attending a funeral in Lutterworth and visiting my grandson at Loughborough University. We were made very welcome by Monica, who helped with the luggage, provided a first class breakfast and attended to all our needs. Except one, and that she made every effort to solve. I did miss a warm towel rail whilst having a shower !!! That's the only reason for not giving a smiling face.

Disliked: Amenities
Bedroom was tidy, but in need of redecorating.
Bathroom was musty, with mould all around shower base.
Television provided limited channels and not easy to use.
Bed was clean but walls not
Outside looked downtrodden and dirty and in need of repaint.
Hallway and stairs worn carpets and scuff marks on walls and doors.
Breakfast room appeared to be “serve yourself” with instructions on equipment etc and dirty dishes in sink.
Not sure if included in price of £12.50 for breakfast but I could not eat there even if cooked, actually went to cafe in town instead.
Overall a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay, I would not recommend for anyone.
This is a basic and convenient Bed and Breakfast, not a small hotel!
Myself and my husband stayed here for 4 nights for the British grand prix and could not have picked a better place to stay, location wise it was perfect for us.The host Monica was lovely, she was very helpful and friendly, the b&b was a very nice little place with everything you could need it was very clean and well equipped would definitely stay again.
