"The staff were friendly but not very helpful. There were a lot of steps to our rooms and no one to help carry bags, this was very difficult. The room itself was very cool and we felt like royalty in our room. The grounds were immaculate and the castle, especially at night, was both eerie and beautiful at the same. We definitely enjoyed our short stay."

"I cannot believe the reviews on this B&B , as it is not an hotel , I am not being negative but shared bathrooms are not good especially when you have to get dressed in the middle of the night to use the toilets , particularly when dressing gowns and slippers are not provided, my room was very dark and the noise from the floor above was not great . Unfortunately I believed the posted reviews and was very disappointed."

"The room was excellent! The food at the restaurant was one of the best I had on vacation! Also, I needed an ice pack frozen overnight and they were able to accommodate me and take care of that so that I could pick it up during breakfast in the morning. The breakfast buffet was the biggest I’ve ever seen and absolutely delicious! The parking under the building was very convenient and kept our car out of the sun and cooler for our days travel."
