"Breakfast is good and nice to have. They only give you bottled water on the 1st night of your stay which I found strange it should be daily. Shampoo and body wash containers were missing in our room. There was a leak in the hallway outside our room so I think this is what made the closet stink. Party people in the hallway this was my second stay different floor take your party to your room please! Cleaning staff was attentive when we asked for something like the face cloths that were missing. "

"Very clean and quaint hotel. The staff were very friendly. The Congrejo area is nice and safe and within walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops. 10 minute $5 uber ride to Casco Viejo. I rented a pick up truck and they have lots of free parking in the side lot that’s roomy and safe. I was very pleasantly surprised as I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be this nice based on the price. I’d have no apprehension in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Panama City."

"Hotel Milan, is my go to hotel while in Panamá, however, this time around they updated the air conditioning system which they can turn on and off at their will from a main control panel located adjacent to front desk. Although you can use the remote control to turn it on or off and adjust settings, it does you no good if staff cuts off the main power switch just so they can save usage regardless whether or not you’re in the room. Panamá city, it’s a very hot city in terms of weather and if you constantly have to call the front desk to turn on the A/C because the room becomes unbearably hot, then I rather stay somewhere else."
