"Toda a estrutura do hotel muito bom! Da chegada, ao elevador, quarto, banheiro, ducha, tudo envolvendo qualidade dos itens e bom gosto na decoração. Porém o atendimento ainda não está redondo, meu quarto deveria estar disponível a partia das 15hr, fui no bar que fica na parte inferior e me dirigi para o quarto próximo da meia noite, chegando à recepção fui informado que mesmo tendo pago antecipado meu quarto foi passado para outra pessoa e que iriam me realocar mas precisavam de tempo para...
