"I was really disappointed for not being able to use the amenities after check-out at 11:00 am. My departure was planned for 17:00. Since I had passed 3 days in the parks, I was expecting to relax at the pool for the last afternoon because I was not able to use it for my whole stay but the refused 😔 First Time in my life"

"Hotel was beautiful. Great location. Room could do with some maintainance and a refurbishment. Looking tired and some ingrained dirt in the bathroom. Lots of marks on the walls and very old looking carpet. Could do with some tlc. Shame because the rest of the hotel was stunning."

"Very nice hotel. Conveniently located near a mall and the hotel provides a free bus to Disneyland Paris. Although there was no daily room cleaning service, it was very easy to get more towels from the lobby whenever we needed them."

"We were a family of four (including children) and stayed from 24 August 2026 to 27 August 2026 – three nights – very close to Disney, just 12 minutes away. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean, the shower was great, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but there was enough – things like bread, croissants, cappuccino, two types of fruit, yoghurts, cereal, eggs… I really enjoyed the breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like – though given how tired I was after a day at Disney, it didn’t make much of a difference – was the pillows: very basic, very light and small. I asked for four extra ones and was told they didn’t have any, and that other guests had already asked for them. But, anyway I’d definitely stay there again."

"It was not even a room, it was a full 2 bedroom townhouse with all the amenities that you require for a home away from home. The rooms were very big. The hotel has a very efficient shuttle service to Disneyland although they charge a small fee."
