"The property itself was beautiful. However it is not centrally located and we did not have a car. There were no restaurants or stores to walk to. On top of that they had a private party and we couldn’t get dinner at the restaurant, we went hungry after a long flight. The pool kiosk was not open. There were 3 waters in the fridge and no one at the desk to get more. Hungry, tired and frustrated was the start of our Italy experience!"

"The facility was clean, furnished tastefully but simply, with very modern bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, easy walk to Centro. No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. While there are phone contacts available, there is no physical presence of any staff (except for cleaning), and entrance and exit are all done digitally.
