"We stayed here just for one night to attend a football match at the nearby Stade de Genève. The hotel is really well located for that. Even though the hotel was fully booked and it was busy when we arrived for check-in, the lady on reception gave us such a warm welcome. She was the consummate professional! As mentioned by others, the rooms are very snug. We only had rucksacks so managed fine but it would be a struggle with even one suitcase. That said, we booked an entry-level room so there may be bigger rooms available. The bed was comfortable, the air con worked well and the shower was decent. Couldn’t have asked for more. "

"We felt the staff was very kind and accommodating. Safe & quiet area. Parking our car was easy (as using valet) and we received a parking discount through Expedia. Felt the restaurant was a little pricey and not usually busy while we were there. We walked easily to restaurants, such as Little India & El Catrin! Recommend Easily able to walk across the river to Old Town. Ate dinner one night at Pasta People in that area! It felt like part of the property had been renovated even the rooms felt half renovated and half not with a dark toilet area and then a bright light lovely bathroom and shower! Both of us have long legs & getting in and out of the shower was treacherous as no handles to hold onto a slippery floor! "
