The Gîte au petit fil de l'eau is located in the town of Lye of 80 m² near the zooParc de Beauval and essential shops (café-restaurant, bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, post office...). On the ground floor: kitchen / dining room, living room, laundry room, wc, shower room, bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed that can accommodate two children

Outside: a closed private courtyard allowing to park several vehicles with a terrace, a store-ban a gas barbecue.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage cans), heating and electricity with reasoned and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
