"I would recommend supper clean and excellent communication. My daughter and I attended a wedding and I felt so bad because I didn't think we were going to make it the 1st night because it was so late but the host was so nice and said it was ok and to just come on and we arrived at about midnight and they welcomed us. My daughter loved all the livestock and how quiet it was in the country. If we ever go down that direction again I wouldn't mind staying there again"

"The location itself was convenient. We booked it to go fishing. The pictures are deceiving though. The backyard was not what it showed. It was really hot even with all the portable acs. It was dirty, uncomfortable for me to cook. When you walked inside it was unleveled. I did not reach out as I was not in the home often. It is good of you just want to sleep there."
