"What a wonderful cabin! Super comfortable and close to so many natural wonders! Very close to coffee, sandwiches, beer, cocktails and a wonderful restaurant just down the street---and the best Tacos anywhere! Definitely coming back!"

"Such a quiet wonderful getaway, and a birdwatcher's treat. We saw a family of quail, plus ospreys, kestrels, and meadowlarks during our stay. It was so peaceful and quiet, and the host was quick to respond to questions we messaged about activities in the area. The Goldendale Observatory is close by and offers a wealth of knowledge at their evening shows. Plus Cottonwood Canyon State park in only an hour away and is a beautiful hike."

"My brother and his wife stayed over thanksgiving. They said the bed was very dented in the middle and they could hear every single thing the upstairs visitors were saying...not soundproof at all."

"Only giving 4 stars because the common area couch was incredibly small and uncomfortable and there were no additional throw blankets or bedding to use. The cabin was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The drive to and from White Salmon and Hood River was beautiful!! I would absolutely stay here again but I genuinely hope they upgrade the common area couch situation! For those traveling who need strong wifi or good cell reception, I would say this isn’t the most ideal...

"The outside area has so much potential, it needs to be cleaned up to give it more curb appeal so it matches the character/cleanliness of the inside of the cabins."

"I liked the privacy. The cabin is wonderful. I spent my time doing a jig saw puzzle. We hope to return some day. The reading nook (that's what I call it) is so comfortable!"

"What an amazing place to stay! Feels like a cabin in the remote wilderness with all the comforts you need. We loved sitting on the deck and reading, sleeping in late and waking to the sounds of birds, and just all around relaxing. It's also a short drive to Hood River for good food and exploring.Would definitely stay again!"
