"The property was very nice, comfortable and fun. It was great to come back from hiking and rock hounding to comfortable accomodations, pickleball, and a hot tub. The linens and furniture were all comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen had a good selection of standard cooking necessities. Mary was responsive and friendly. The home clearly has a lot of thought put into comfort and aesthetic decor. Great place to stay and will definitely look for availability here on our next trip to Capitol Reef!"

"Just finished our stay and it was perfect for our trip to capital reef. The place was clean and the hosts provided plenty of amenities for us to use. Great stop on our trip!"

"What a beautiful place! It reminded me of my grandmas home growing up. Being fully decorated, clean and spacious. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Enjoyed stay. Liked seeing the occasional stray cow on the road. Also visited by friendly neighborhood dog one night. Great views"

"Prachtige locatie nabij Capitol Reef National Park."

"Great location for Capitol Reef! Quiet, cozy home with everything you will need!"

"Great views! Host has a small store if you forgot something! Loved the stay hope to visit again soon"

"Jane and Paul are very nice people. They let us check in early. Very nice peaceful and clean place . We will recommend to our friends. She provided us all the information and directions how to find their place. Thank you so much for your help."

"Overall, everything was great….but the stay was not without some issues. Firstly, there was no dishwasher. With a house of this size, that sleeps as many people as it does, we were constantly having to hand wash dishes and pans. Also, the A/C did not cool the house well. If you use the oven, forget about the house cooling at all. The temp outside was luckily cooler at night, so the house did finally start to cool down after dark, but 2 of the 3 nights we were there, neighbors were farming after...

"Very clean, comfortable. Everything you need like home. Easy access to Capitol Reef, Petroglyphs etc. One interesting/unusual note for a review. However, the Bicknell Medical Center is a fully capable facility that professionally treated a severe altitude sickness. In such a remote location, that was well received."

"This is very good value property to stay at if you are visiting Capitol Reef (and you should!). Room is fine for a couple of nights. Best features however are games room, laundry, and chickens. Highly recommended if you need to balance the budget after more expensive accommodation elsewhere"

"This place was super stocked with all the basics plus games, books, bikes, and ping pong. Evan cooking ingredients were here. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Service was prompt. We would gladly stay here again."

"Everything about the tiny house was great. The only "problem" is that the clock on the stove is very bright, so make sure you have a bag or cooler that you can place in front of it. We will definitely stay there again when we return to explore Capitol Reef more thoroughly."
