This luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is the perfect retreat with family and friends boasting a large open plan kitchen with dining space for 8 guests, HD TV with complimentary Netflix and table football. Bi fold doors
open out on to a large patio to create a wonderful indoor outdoor dining experience and socialising space.

The enclosed rear garden includes a large decked area with seating and a
n impressive fire pit as well as a games area with table tennis.
To the front of the property is driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.
Off the kitchen is a gorgeous snug with cosy seating and a large HD TV with complimentary Netflix the perfect place to snuggle up in the evening and watch a movie. Upstairs are 4 sumptuous bedrooms, 3 with ultramodern en
suite bathrooms and a stylish main bathroom.

The house has been designed with the active family or group in mind. A large utility space and boot room will come in handy when you get back from a day of enjoying watersports at the beach or a long walk in the forest.
Meadow Cott is located on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes walk from the beautiful stretch of coastline at Milford-on-Sea and Keyhaven with jaw dropping views across to the Isle of Wight. Enjoy walking the coast path or a fun day with the family crabbing and playing along miles of dog friendly beach. A leisurely stroll from your front door will take you to the village green of Milford-on-Sea surrounded by cafes, restaurants, delis, bakeries and the famous Mr Pinks fish and chips!

A short drive and you will find yourself in the heart of the New Forest National Park with miles and miles of unique landscape and amazing pubs and restaurants. The bustling market town of Lymington is a 10 minute drive from the house and we are perfectly located for you to explore everything that this stretch of the south coast has to offer from Bournemouth to
Southampton and Portsmouth.

★ Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise please let us know straight away and we will do our very best to resolve them for you as soon as possible.
★ Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. This is a residential, neighbourhood. No noise after 10pm.
★Please note that we have a device installed at the property that detects cigarette smoke inside the house.
★ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property (separate to your agreement with Airbnb). This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay. You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Portal containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area.
★ Please note that guests will be required to pay a £250 damage deposit prior to arrival. This will take the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card 2 days prior to arrival. This will be handled outside of Airbnb. You will be prompted to provide your credit card details to pre-authorise your deposit during online check-in. Your deposit will be released back to you within 3 days after check-out.

Excellent property, lovely location
Very nice property with lots of space and finished to a high standard. Four bedrooms each with own either en-suite or bathroom perfect for a large group. Only negative was the rear garden, it looked like it had been set out well but it was very overgrown with lots of nettles/weeds, plants that looked dead, dirty seats, grass that needed a good cutting and broken lights, disappointing given the good weather as we sat out a few times. Nothing a good gardener could put right just a shame it wasn’t upto the inside standard.
