"We chose to stay in an executive room. The room was clean although I was advised that the accessible room option which I would have preferred wasn't as nice. We found the bathroom a bit claustrophobic and not suitable for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. However when we checked in we were advised that there was no access to the phone. While seeking clarification we didn't the suggestion that we moved to a sister hotel as I am a disabled ,making me feel that we should put or shut up. I wasn't happy that there was no concessions on the charges for disabled parking and there was only one disabled parking bay per floor. The breakfast options were varied. The hot options were fresh and well presented. "

"Another lovely stay. Great staff but under pressure. Bar service slow. No white wine except Chardonnay! Rest of wine menu unavailable. Great dog-friendly hotel. Super comfortable room. "

"The hotel was convenient, i stayed on the 12th floor and it was very quiet, so a good sleep. Convenient for central Cardiff, all walkable. Ideal for a one night business stay."
