"This hotel was great - but what made it amazing was Ashley at the front desk. My 75 year old mother and I had actually booked a different place and when we arrived it was not what we were expecting. So we changed to the Quality Inn and I must say it was the best choice! As I checked in, Ashely actually apologized for our experience at the other place and did everything she could to get us settled in…and I thought that was impressive. Throughout our stay she helped us find places to eat and with some things that we needed. She made our stay that much better. The hotel itself is perfectly located and has a pool and free breakfast. Everything was comfortable and clean and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!!"

"We arrived to an open office with a keyless check in process. This is good . The key was clearly identified with my name and room number. The room was excellent except the mattress was on the firm side. Bathroom was clean and towels and bath mat readily accessible. Breakfast was fantastic with a well balanced choice of fruit , yogurt and brown bread. There were some home made muffins."
