"We had Cottage 19. A large well-kept cottage, with a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher) plus a washer and a dryer. The wide deck in front of the Cottage offered a great view of the St. Lawrence river, as did too the kitchen/dining/TV room being the first room to enter. Breakfast was included, with a choice of cold and hot items. Very friendly staff. Nice gardens. Recommended."

"This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Simply put the staff needs to be trained in customer service. The experience was pathetic and the desire to have a happy customer did not exist. After the 1st room we were assigned had significant plumbing issues, was under construction still, and lacked drinking glasses we were assigned a 2nd room with no tub. This was not disclosed. The room did not have an ironing board or an iron and was also unfinished. To top it off we were made to...
