Not Hilton standards. Of the many things we were dissatisfied about, probably the most important, is that our door did not latch. Our very first (and last!) morning, we woke up to find a piece of trim had fallen off the wall. Later that day, when I went to report it, I discovered that our door was not latched. The door did not close and latch securely and we slept all night unsecuredand vulnerable, and returned from the day out to find our room unsecured. These are fire rated doors and required by code to close and latch drom a free swing open. Considering the fact that our room was left unsecure, and there were not two beds, as we were led to believe amd booked (just a pull out couch), we decided to check out and end our stay. We inquired about a refund for the night we were no longer staying for, and were put off by staff. We waited a week and management never called to follow up as promised, and Expedia has not followed up on our request we submitted online. Front desk clerk advised they could not refund because we booked through Expedia. Lessons: Thoroughly inspect every aspect of your room, even things you take for granted like the door closing and latching behind you. And I'll no longer book through Expedia because the desk clerk indicated they would be more likely and able to refund the night we were not staying, but since we booked through Expedia, they could not.
Also room service never came, even after speaking ro them in the hallway and asking for fresh towels.
