My three major criteria for room evaluation are 1) quality of bed and pillows 2) excellent TV with a good variety of channels and 3) a great shower in the morning - enough hot water, enough pressure and perfect temperature. Score! Score! and Score! Bonus: parking is right outside your door. This property doesn't offer amenities that other properties do and you save money accordingly. My next time in Marshall, I will be staying there again."
