"Nice, clean apartment conveniently located a short drive from lower Manhattan. This was the perfect location to accommodate our family of 6 during a short visit to New York. Common bathroom supplies were available, the 2 bedrooms and the sofa-bed in the living room were really clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. "I love the location of the property. I felt safe. It was close to restaurants, a market and a park. I would have preferred better communication with the host. I got the feeling that he wasn't local. Our smoke detector beeped the entire time we were there and other issues that i feel would/ could have been addressed if he were close. And just a heads up, there are stairs that are narrow and could be hard to get up. But overall, we were satisfied with our stay and the distance from NYC."

"We booked this property 3 weeks before our trip but owner never sent us the check in information. We had to reach out to VRBO support team on the travel day but they could not reach the owner either. We tried to call the owner multiple times but he did not answer. Save your time and do not book!"
