"Everythring was fine. Only Negatives would be that the right side glass of the fireplace fell out into my hand when I 1st opened it to start a fire. Also, that the Skiing and Tubing were "shut down" for the weekend, but people working there told us to go to "Cascade". So, if Cascade was open, why weren't you guys? All in all a Good Trip."

"Front desk ignored me both in person and when I called. Possibly due to me booking on vrbo? I’m not sure. Furnace was noisy in the unit, I called to let front desk know and they informed me they’d move anyone else checking in but not me (again, possibly because I booked on vrbo?). Beautiful place but I still don’t know where the pool is as I didn’t receive a map nor was it explained to me."
