Not a great area, but felt generally safe. About an 8 block to the closest subway station. Highly recommended for day trips into Downtown Boston without breaking your budget."

"We loved Salem and really liked this location! You do need to be able to walk a bit, but it is not far from most tourist sites Great for a brief stay to see Salem. Outdoor furniture there but you need to be able to lift it to use Kitchen can use TLC. Super easy access and snug "

"Loved the location of this property! Self check-in was smooth, as was using the parking pass for the nearby South Harbor Garage. My only complaint was the noise-level: the walls were very thin and it's a shared building, so there were times it sounded like someone was actually in the apartment (when they were just in the next apartment over)."
