"I recommend the Black Horse. Very quiet and restful. The main building (pub & restaurant) is quite old and interesting with multiple levels and interior structures. The Garden Area was a delightful area for a pint and dinner, service was friendly as was the check-in. The grounds are sloped creating an inviting green impression. "The room was very nice, the pub is pretty, and the village is pretty. However the listing was misleading - the restaurant doesn't function midweek, and they don't do breakfast either during the week. I was walking, and didn't want to walk more miles to eat. It's not hard to provide a cold breakfast. So make sure you check whether they're doing food if it matters to you. "
