"Lovely spot to stay in within easy striking distance of Barnstaple and North Devon and the coast. Beautiful part of the country with plenty to discover The pods are well maintained and very comfy. Fabulous large bed. Our dog loves lying out on the little balcony overlooking the balcony Staff were all friendly & helpful. Cooked breakfast was very good with locally soiurced produce. Nice strong coffee in tap with other buffet options. Good menu available for evening meals at reasonable rates...

"At some point these would have been lovely lodges. Location isnt easy to access but the views are lovely. The lodges need an update. Furniture grubby and shabby. The cleanliness of the place is not very good. With a deep clean and some things inproves they would be a lovely place to stay."

"Location and view fantastic, however it's a shame that cleanliness wasn't as good. I didn't expect to have to clean plates etc before use, Also numerous cobwebs dotted around, dirty floors, unironed bedding. Not exactly a great first impression. Would I recommend? Definitely not!"

"We had a fabulous time at the Lodge! This house is a gem... like walking into the country place you wish your family had had when you were growing up! "Our stay at the Watersmeet hotel in Woolacombe could not have better, the views from the hotel were to die for, the hotel staff were both friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The standard of the food was very good. All in all an excellent hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends."
